Employment Consultant Yvette Dugas is the newest member of the West Nova Inclusive Employment Society team. Yvette represents our clients in Yarmouth County and the Municipality of Clare. She works with her clients to determine their long-term employment goals and the necessary steps needed to achieve them.

Yvette was born and raised in Belliveau Cove, then moved to Halifax for five years while she attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Psychology at Saint Mary’s University. After finishing her studies, Yvette held several positions including customer service agent, youth counselor, ticket agent and security guard. While working in diverse fields, Yvette was able to gain valuable skills and knowledge which carried her to her position at WNIES.

Yvette loves her job at WNIES and believes the most rewarding part is building a rapport with clients and helping them achieve their employment goals.
